Military Seize - Zimbabwe
On the evening of 14 November, Zimbabwe was placed under military rule with President Robert Mugabe and other cabinet ministers under house arrest in the capital city of Harare. The military temporarily discontinued the upcoming elections and have maintained control of the country with many Zimbabweans and members of the international community hopeful that this marks the beginning of a transition of power.

The world travel elite touched down in Kigali, Rwanda on Tuesday, 10th October 2017 for the annual Word Travel Awards. This event, lauded as the most prestigious in the travel industry's awards programme, sees industry game-changers and powerhouses come together one night a year to celebrate the who's who in the World Travel zoo. The 2017 award has come hot on the heels of Rhino Africa's Gold and Silver taken home from the New Generation Social & Digital Media Awards which took place just days before.

22/10/2016 - The Khumbulani Day Care Centre has opened its new three-storey daycare building in Khayelitsha by the special guest, Western Cape Premier Helen Zille. The land was purchased by Rhino Africa back in 2004.

Challenge4ACause 2015 Sets off Into the Desert
02/06/2015 - In the north west of Namibia, the coastal dunes of the Skeleton Coast run for hundreds of kilometres, from the Swakop River in the South up to the Angolan border and beyond. Inland from the coast the huge dunes become vast plains and then dry valleys, gorges, hills and eventually mountains. This spectacular semi-desert wilderness is Damaraland. It is one of Namibia’s most scenic areas, an enormous, untamed, ruggedly beautiful region.
